Vantage points
The vantage point is the position from where we take our picture. It includes viewpoints from very high to low and in between. I can also change this point by using unusual angles with tilting my camera or rotating it or simply shooting over my head.
When I am making images from a low perspective, you can refer to it as photographing from a worm’s-eye view. The important thing is to make sure your eyes are constantly on the move and when you find a cooperative subject, make the most of the situation. And try to think outside the box even by using extreme viewpoints or movements to end up with a very unique photo. Mastering how to use different vantage points is one of the easiest ways I can create interesting compositions out of the simplest scenes.
When photographers refer to a “birds-eye-view” they’re referring to a shot taken from a high altitude above a subject. This can mean the photo was taken from a building, a plane, or a helicopter. Making images from a higher perspective is more difficult than dropping to your knees or laying on your belly, so the opportunities to gain elevation are fewer.
Changing my position changes the relationship between the background and my subject. A good example is the photo where you can see a small statue or ornament by changing the angle and shooting from the worm’s -eye view it changes the whole perspective. By changing my position multiple times during a shoot, I can ensure I get the best results possible. I can adjust my vantage point by using a tripod for example.

Review
I managed to take a few unusual pictures. One of my favourites is the one where I positioned my camera in the middle of my plant and the outcome was nearly as being in a jungle. By using photoshop it brought out the sharpness in the colour green and by darkening and toning it become more visible the texture in the leaf.
Covering this topic helped me to try and think more outside of the box and notice what is surrounding me. It refreshes the photos you take because you will look for something different and unusual. And this is one reason why photography just can't be boring you just simply have to use a new approach.
